Studio 34 manages Bella Terra’s social media, email campaigns and website maintenance, extending their luxury brand across each of these platforms. For example, Bella Terra’s “Other Florida” campaign centered around highlighting the advantages of vacationing on the Alabama Gulf Coast versus in Florida. We took this campaign and created custom Facebook graphics, Twitter backgrounds, and email announcements in addition to adding the campaign to the existing website as illustrated below:
As a result of the social marketing and email campaigns, Bella Terra of Gulf Shores has seen an increase in rental traffic and inquiries for purchases of lots in their Phase III was higher than expected.
