Mobile Psychotherapy Services provides mental health services to the primary target market of persons age 65 and older and to the secondary market of persons of any age through a network of franchises operated by independent Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Founded by Jo Frederic in Denver, CO, Mobile Psychotherapy Services provides LCSWs the opportunity to serve clients in the privacy and comfort of their residence and to make an above average social work income by streamlining the marketing and billing of their for their private practice.
Studio 34 Designs was approached to build an online billing portal for the franchisees to use each day to enter billing data, to check the status of billing submissions, and to update client profiles. The overall goals were that the billing portal needed to be simple, secure and reliable.
Following strict guidelines for client billing including compliance with HIPAA, Studio 34 Designs worked with Mobile Psychotherapy Services to understand the billing process from client visit to insurance remittance. Once the mechanics of billing were mapped out, Studio 34 Designs created a portal that processes thousands of daily services for the franchisees, greatly streamlining the billing process.
Studio 34 Designs also developed user guides and training documents for the company management and the individual franchisees.
